Our clients are seeking a dedicated Social Care Workers , providing essential support and guidance to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop tailored care plans. Provide counselling and emotional support to individuals facing challenges. Liaise with external agencies and professionals to coordinate services for clients. Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress towards goals. Advocate for clients’ rights and access to services. Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Qualifications

A recognised Social Work qualification. 2 years post qualification in the UK. Registration with Social Work England (SWE). Experience in mentoring or supervising colleagues is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgemental approach. Right to work in the UK.
